Year 4 had a visit from Windsor River watch today.  They are a community group who work to protect and revitalise the local rivers and waterways.

The children learnt all about how the volunteers test for pathogens and biodiversity on the river. How they litter pick on the river and the river banks and how the litter harms the wildlife.   The children learnt how they campaign for better rivers and  how children can be water aware.
