We have had a busy week back after our Easter Break. The children enjoyed our Easter Service at the Church and they all sang beautifully.
In Design and Technology, we investigated how torches worked before we designed and made our own hands-free torch suitable for a dog walker. We enjoyed using our knowledge of how electrical circuits work to build our product. We then designed posters to advertise our product to persuade people to buy it.
In History, we have started our new unit, The Anglo-Saxons. In our first lesson we learnt about how and why the Anglo Saxons invaded Britain.
In English, we are looking at non-fiction texts all about wolves. We thought about questions that we would want to find out the answers too and then sorted these questions under different sub-headings.
We are looking forward to a busy summer term with lots of learning and fun!
